Vesper Fest: Yes, we’re turning 5!



Vesper celebrates our 5th year anniversary, #harderbertterfasterstronger style - taking pride to be the first cocktail bar in Bangkok to host its very own cocktail festival! We’ve lined up 3 leading bartenders across Asia to share this special moment with us from 19-21 March 2019.

In collaboration with Diageo Moet Hennessy (Thailand) & World Class, Vesper Fest promises one of a kind experience that none of any bar in Bangkok has done before. We’ve invited our dearest friends: Lorenzo Antinori from Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, Akihiro Eguchi from Gibson (Singapore) and Rusty Cerven from Skai (Singapore), to take over our bar for 3 straight days.

Tuesday, 19 March; 8pm - midnight Lorenzo Antinori: Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

Meet Lorenzo Antinori who was behind the stick at many highly-acclaimed bars including American Bar at The Savoy (no. 2 in World’s 50 Best Bars 2018), and Dandelyan (no. 1 in World’s 50 Best Bars 2018). Made a debut in Asia in Seoul, this Italian maestro brought Charles H at the Four Seasons Hotel to no. 21 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2018 within a year of opening. Recently, he made a move to Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong as its Bar Director.

Wednesday, 20 March; 8pm - midnight Akihiro Eguchi: Gibson Cocktail Bar (Singapore)

Akihiro is a veteran of Singapore’s thriving cocktail scene. He is the mastermind behind the success of many leading cocktail bars under Jigger & Pony Group including Gibson (no. 22 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2018), Jigger & Pony (no. 42 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2018) and Caffe Fernet. He is also a two times champion of Diageo World Class Singapore.

Thursday, 21 March; 8pm – midnight Rusty Cerven from SKAI Bar (Singapore)

Rusty is no stranger for us. In fact, the Slovak master was behind the bar celebrating our 3rd Anniversary back in 2016. He is a former Senior Mixologist at The Connaught London (no. 5 in World’s 50 Best Bars 2018), Bar Manager at The Gibson London (No. 21 in World’s 50 Best Bars 2017) as well as World Champion of Bols Around The World Competition in 2013. We just can’t wait to celebrate with him again this year.
