Our new creations in the series seamlessly combine unique flavours of the best ingredients the season has to offer with Chef Andrew’s unique personal touch. Some of the seasonal ingredients includes marian plum for Khanom Buang (Thai crêpe, banana prawn, marian plum), rose apple for Moo Hom Mangda (Grilled pork, rose apple, waterbug) and strawberry for Seasonal Fruit (Strawberry, prawn, peanut).
Never stop exploring the contemporary flavoursof Thailand, Chef Andrew is also crafting the new creations inspiredby his adventures across the country such as Ped Yim Yim (Duck, chestnut, pork) - a tribute to the signature duck dish of Yim Yim restaurant (a legendary 120-year-old Teochew restaurant situated in Bangkok’s China Town) and Geang Som Talay (Sour curry, tuna, seaweed) – a signature curry dish where you could try the authentic recipe only in Southern Thailand.
