Chef Andrew Martin has unveiled four new dishes including ‘Tom Yum Yee Poon’ - Tom Yum / Yuzu Ponzu / Oba fish; Kob Yang Prik Glua – Grilled Frog, Tomato Chili Relish, Heart of Palm; and Beer Fried Reef Cod, Swimmer Crab, Cowa Leaf.
