La Dotta Pasta Bar & Store has rolled out 7 new pasta dishes, and we think this is the best one yet!
The new pasta dishes are inspired by chef-partner Francesco Deiana's latest trip to Italy and they include recipes both from the south and the north of the country. The highlights are: Pasta alla Norma (traditional Sicilian recipe with eggplants, tomatoes & sheep’s ricotta); Tuscan Pici with wild boar ragu; and Pappardelle with wild razor clams, prosciutto and broad beans in white wine sauce.
Indeed, life is a combination of magic and pasta!
