La Dotta introduces Artisanal Pasta Class every Saturdays



La Dotta Pasta Bar & Store, the first and only pasta bar in Thailand that has been awarded with L'Assiette MICHELIN (MICHELIN Plate) in MICHELIN Guide Thailand, introduces artisanal pasta class – starting from 15th February onwards.

Our pasta class will be personally taught by chef-partner Francesco Deiana, who has more than 10 years of experience in Italian gastronomy and was previously a Chef Instructor for French and Italian Culinary Program at ‘Ragout’ Cooking School in Moscow. For those who seek to impress their friends or family with their pasta making skills, let Chef Francesco be your guide as he unveils the secrets of making authentic Italian pasta and sauce from scratch – just like how his grandmother has taught him.

Currently, we offer 2 different classes during our soft launch:

1) PASTA 101 Learn how to make both fresh and dried pasta such as fettuccine, tagliatelle and ravioli from scratch, as well as some of our signature dishes.

2) SAY, CHEESE! Chef Francesco shows you how to make the classic carbonara just like how it’s done in Rome, and of course, our all-time favourite dish - Four Cheese Tortelloni.

As part of the class, we are also giving out a box of made-from-scratch pasta dough, our homemade sauce or our fresh pasta (valued at 460+), recipe booklet and a 500 THB dining voucher (valid for 30 days).
