Sitting on the sun-drenched seashore overlooking the Mediterranean, savoring the best of its seafood. Gathering up with your family on the mountain, somewhere in Europe, feasting over the ingredient from its fertile land, and of course, with some proper bottles of wines… A getaway that seems so far away in this current condition, but one that il Fumo aims to bring in this new episode of our wine dinner.
This November 10th and 11th, we proudly present an exclusive 5-course feast by Chef Nelson Amorim. The menu is inspired from the honest cooking of European country cuisine and their prized produce, and created to be shared for the whole table. Some of the highlights of the dinner include Fresh Sicilian Mazara del Vallo Red Prawns, Japanese Hen Clams Tartare & ‘Petrossian’ Oscietra Royal Caviar, Whole Charcoal-grilled Japanese Scorpion Fish served with Basque sauce and Saffron-baked Rice ‘Arroz’ with Charcoal-grilled Wagyu Striploin ‘Tajima’ Marble 5.
The dishes will be specially paired with wine selection from our Sommelier and Restaurant Manager Thanakorn Mankit, such as Champagne Montaudon, NV Brut, Reims, France and Moulin d’Issan Bordeaux Supérieur, France, 2016.
Tuesday 10th & Wednesday 11th November; 5:30pm onwards
5-course sharing set menu – 3,500++ per person*
Wine pairing – 1,400++ per person
