The very first in our series, we welcome Chef "Kong" Kongwuth Chaiwongkachon of Locus Native Food Lab from Chiang Rai. Chef Kong is the pioneer in bringing back wisdom and food of the elders - with his personal touch & strong focus on local ingredients from northern Thailand.
