La Dotta, our artisanal pasta bar - the first of its kind in Thailand - is debuting sumptuous and equally heartwarming new dishes for this festive season. Our favourites include: Braised Australian Wagyu veal cheek with Italian lentils cassoulet; Handmade Raviolini with truffle pecorino & saffron served with fresh mint dressing; and Apulian Cavatelli with braised beef ribs & salsa verde sauce. Of course, our regular menu will also be served as usual, so more choices for all you pasta lovers out there to choose from.
