Chef Francesco Deiana has prepared both all-time favourite dishes & newcomers such as 22-months aged parma ham & winter melon (appetiser), Deep fried French oysters "Gillardeau no.2" in Martini Rosso Tempura & black truffle mayonnaise (appetiser) and Mezzelune with pumpkin & foie gras (pasta).
Besides our homemade fresh pasta & appetisers, Chef Francesco has prepared selection of main course including Pan-seared sea bass served with golden baby beets & orange salsa, Braised Wagyu beef cheek Roman-style ‘alla vaccinara’ and Classic Italian cotechino sausage & Castelluccio lentils, for you to enjoy with your loved ones.
