Chef Andrew Martin is excited to delight and surprise your palate with an array of new dishes. Drawn from the tradition of Thai cuisine yet never afraid to break the rules, the highlights of our Festive Tasting Menu include: ‘Khanom Buang Talay’ – Uni, Caviar, Cacao; ‘Pla Mamuang’ – Amberjack, Mango, Roast Coconut; and ‘Ped Yaowarat’ – Duck Breast, Chestnut, Cherry.
